We recognize and defend the inalienable right to privacy and confidentiality of all users of the Network.
Mediapolis, SRL, as the managing company of the Host Chocolate brand, its Hosting division, recognizes the inalienable right of every person to privacy. Similarly, the privacy and security of the information you share with us through www.hostchocolate.com.

Since our greatest desire is that you feel comfortable using our website, we explain in detail how we collect, use and maintain your information.

This Policy is applicable to personally identifiable information (hereinafter, “Data”) that may be collected by us on our website. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees or agents or that are not under our control.

By using the Host Chocolate website (hereinafter, the Site), or using any Host Chocolate product or service, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy (last updated on November 26, 2018) and, as applicable, our Acceptable Terms of Use.


What type of data do we collect?

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. In addition, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you see, what websites or search terms refer you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information collected automatically as "Device Information."

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we have about you and to request that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. If you wish to exercise this right, contact us through the contact information at the end of this document.

How long Host Chocolate retains your information

We will keep your Order Information for our records, unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

In the case of web hosting accounts, your files could remain in our backup systems for up to three months (90 days). Some records indirectly related to your service, such as visits, mail headers and other non-personal data, may remain in our records for a period never exceeding six months. Due to the nature of this information and since it is indivisibly linked to the interaction with other services and websites, it cannot be deleted at the user's request.


What we do not do with your personal data

We do not share or disclose, sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.


Who has access to your data?

We do not share your information such as email, name, etc. with third parties (subject to laws and regulations), except with the aforementioned providers with whom we share very specific data and only for the purposes set forth in this document. Only our administrators have access to your data. No third party can access your data from us. However, you can review and delete your data whenever you want.


Minors

The site is not intended for people under 18.


What data breach procedures we have implemented
